Well, if we want to get technical, Alice, the constitution says that all men are created equal (regardless of creed, religion, etc.), not that there's freedom of religion. :)
Actually, it's odd that Christians always bring up the markings on money. Isn't money supposed to be the root of all evil? Not that I necessarily believe in the good/evil dichotomy (if it existed, then "good" Christians wouldn't need to repent). This, my dear Alice, is why so many are going to paganism: higher power, yet no naiveté about everything being black and white. (I'm not a pagan, but I know a few people who are.)
